Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Engineer to provide dedicated support to the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication (NC3) Directorate within the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC). This role is part of the NCS Division 4 Strategic Communications Division (AFNWC/NCS) and is essential in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of critical processes supporting NC3 operations. Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication (NC3) Directorate by developing, configuring, and optimizing commercial and manufacturing processes from inception through startup and certification. Duties include, but not limited to:
Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level Clearance Education: Master's degree (MA/MS) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Years of experience: 10+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing optimization, or related fields
