Role Summary & Impact
Wavemaker is looking for a self-driven person who does not shy away from a challenge, who wants to work on different projects and is interested in working with talented individuals across the organization. We are looking for someone who is interested in working with internal and external stakeholders in managing projects that positions us for continued growth and success. If you are passionate about performance marketing, not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed but most importantly interested in working with talented individuals across the organization, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end project management support; build project plans, timelines, milestones, status report, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, cost/benefit analysis and stakeholder management
  • Manage the successful delivery of multiple projects related to performance marketing
  • Coordinate with other regional and global teams to ensure project is tracking, removing blockers and allowing the team to complete their work effectively
  • Lead status meetings, capture and distribute meeting notes to project stakeholders
  • Coordinate efforts across regional teams to ensure streamlined, consistent communication and execution of strategic direction set forth by and in partnership with Performance teams
  • Support rollout of holistic performance strategy (Search, Social, Mobile, Programmatic) through regional teams
  • Establish and formalize performance Ways of Working and operational best practices, keep share of industry news and help develop and share POVs
  • Coordinate broader performance priorities including market expansion, paid + organic integration.
Requirements
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a team capacity and coordinating local and global teams
  • 3-5 years working in a project management or performance marketing role
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing space; tactical experience working in search, social or programmatic buying and campaign management is a plus
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solver and loves to creatively troubleshoot issues when they arise
  • Someone who can implement and follow standard operating procedures but also think outside the box when needed

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
