Staff Pharmacist - PerDiem Mayhill Hospital Denton, TX As a per diem, non-exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist,you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. Schedule:This position is scheduled to work one weekend a month, both Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 11am, and may provide additional coverage as needed. Starting Pay: $58.00 to $62.00 per hour, based on experience. About the Facility:Mayhill Hospital is a 59bed private psychiatric hospital specializing in mental health and chemical dependency care for adults, seniors. This is one of the few mental health facilities in the area that can provide care to those individuals with both coexisting psychiatric and medical conditions.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: This centralized pharmacy utilizes Health Care Systems.Pharmacy is open Monday -Friday7:00am to 3:30pm daily.WeekendsSaturday and Sunday are 7:00am to 11:00 am. Required Qualifications: Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Texas Experience as a Pharmacist in aHospital setting preferred Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems Effective communications skills; verbal and written Hospital Requirements: (may be required) (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving HepB3 Series(or declination) (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th COVID Vaccine Benefits: All Per Diem employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) program with an employer match as well as for the EAP (employee assistance program).
