Position Title: Operator
Wage: $16-$18.25/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3pm-11pm QPS Employment Group is hiring an Operator for a company in Waterford, WI. This is a contract to hire role. Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Identify the defected parts, loading the machines and palletizing material - Work in the finishing department, counting parts, and packaging for shipments - Clean up work station and warehouse, including sweeping and removing objects that are in the walk ways and work stations - Utilize various hand tools to remove excess material from molded products if needed Operator Requirements: - Must be able to lift up to 25lbs occasionally throughout shift - Must be able to stand for 8 hours - Must be able to bend and stoop when necessary - Able to sit for long periods of time - Manufacturing experience preferred - Ability to use a calculator and ability to know basic math (multiplication and addition) - Able to use a box cutter and tools - Able to work in both cold and warm environments QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
