As a full time, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

Schedule:This position is scheduled to work 30 to 40 hours a week rotating shifts. Weekdays shifts are 7:00AM to 3:30PM, 9:30AM to 6:00PM, and 11:30AM to 8:00PM. This position will work every third weekend from 7:30AM to 4:00PM.

Starting Pay: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour, based on experience.

About the Pharmacy:Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am-8:00pm and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:30am-4:00pm. The pharmacy utilizes Pyxis ES and MedHost.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current Texas pharmacist license in good standing
• Experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting preferred
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
• Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
• Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems

Hospital Requirements:

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
• Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
• HepB3 Series(or declination)
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th
