Our goal is to maximize coworker effectiveness through innovative development opportunities targeted at all levels. Our programs enhance professional and career development resources that allow coworkers to grow in their current roles and future opportunities. This is done by focusing on the participant experience through instructor-led, virtual, and web-based development that improve participant proficiency and productivity to deliver safe, reliable, affordable, and clean service to PG&E's customers. The People Development team primarily delivers client-focused training at the San Ramon Valley Conference Center, the but may train at the Livermore Training Center, the General Office in Oakland, and at various locations throughout the service territory. Position Summary This role will deliver and support our leadership and professional development programs. You will work closely with our functional areas (FA) partners, People Development team members (Curriculum Development, Programs) and members of our Operations teams. While in this role, you will collaborate with other departments within People as well as interfacing with leaders throughout the company. You should demonstrate strong facilitation and communication skills and thrive in a fast paced and evolving environment. This position is a facilitation position, with 85% of the focus in the classroom. To be successful, you must be able to build strong internal and external relationships, possess a passion for learning and innovation, be results focused, and can work across multiple levels in an organization. You will be able to translate PG&E's leadership expectations into everyday behaviors and actions by their knowledge and ability to apply sound learning delivery principles that transfer learning. You should have a proven record of accomplishment in facilitation, leadership, adult learning principles, learning styles, and collaboration. PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time ofthe job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individualwill be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications,experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $45.67 to $68.75. Job Responsibilities Facilitate leadership and coworker development programs as well as onboarding training. Utilize various facilitation and training approaches, practices, and methods to increase the effectiveness of training delivery.
