This is a full-time hourly position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The company will not provide relocation assistance. The Retail Senior Area Coordinator position brings passion for the legacy of the Hershey's brand to life at Hershey's Chocolate World. This position is focused on and prioritizes guest service exceeding expectations of each visitor. It requires a focus on exceptional customer service and expects the individual to be approachable, courteous, knowledgeable about our products, able to clearly communicate with guests and assist them with questions, and able to provide general information to guests with a high level of professionalism. This position is the Senior Area Coordinator for a specific area within the Retail department. Responsibilities include employee training, merchandising and replenishment, making operational decisions, and delivering the highest level of customer service. The Retail Senior Area Coordinator will open and close registers, address guest concerns, communicate with and support managers and leaders. This position will share vital information with team members and coordinate employee breaks. Summary of major duties:
