Summary:

The Salty Customer Sales Executive (CSE) ADUSA/Grocery Northeast is responsible for profitably growing ADUSA banners and assigned Northeast customers and The Hershey Salty Snacks business to achieve objectives and plans, including net sales, market share, trade spend, and sales activity margin. Responsibilities include business planning & analysis, creating valued business partnerships with customers, and achieving mutually beneficial agreements through skilled negotiation and understanding of the customer's business. The CSE will also leverage insights to build 3 year business plans and deploy supporting tactics to achieve financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Achieve net sales, market share, trade spend, and sales activity margin targets for ADUSA and assigned Northeast customers by simulating and planning incremental volume, pre and post analysis, and displaying core competencies and behaviors. This includes judiciously managing and allocating trade funds (maintaining compliance with all Sarbanes Oxley policies) to achieve profitable sales growth.

* Effectively utilize Hershey's and customers analytical tools (e.g. IRI, PlanEx,Tableau, etc.) to drive profitable and predictable sales results.

* Evolve Joint Business Plans for ADUSA along with leading alignment with ADUSA Acosta partners

* Create annual merchandising plans to drive incremental sales and profits

* Develop Strategic customer partnerships beyond the buying desk

* Develop and provide resources and tools to the Retail Team along with participation in retail meetings/field visits with appropriate Retail Management.

* Work collaboratively with Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Shopper Insights, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, Retail Leaders, IS and other cross functional partners.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required

Experience: At least 5-6 years relevant sales experience
