Join Our Team as a Senior Support Specialist We are seeking a Senior Support Specialist to play a critical role in delivering reliable end-to-end technology support across our North America operations. This role focuses primarily on deskside support while also contributing to Service Desk tasks, system configurations, and process improvements. As a key part of our IT team, you will lead projects like operating system upgrades and new technology implementations, as well as provide hands-on support for both day-to-day operations and larger initiatives.
