*Description*
* This person will be providing hands-on support to end users. * This person should be prepared to move/manage a large amount of equipment for various purposes including equipment replacement cycles, area renovations, and new area setups. * This person will be responsible for keeping good track of asset hardware utilizing equipment management tools and procedures. *Skills* * windows 10 troubleshooting & support, * Imaging, * Hardware & software deployments * User management * Mobile devices & MS Intune *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Must have a completed Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree. * Must be able to be on-site M-F, 8am-5pm. This is 100% on-site. * Must be comfortable working in a very business professional environment- suit attire as needed. *Experience Level* 3 or more years of experience in IT support. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $33.65/hr.
