Position Title: Food Sanitation Team Member
Wage: $21.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 4:00pm - 4:00am; 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Are you dedicated to maintaining pristine cleanliness in food production environments? We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle sanitation duties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in our cheesemaking facility. Apply to this night shift Food Sanitation role in Plymouth, WI today! Food Sanitation Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Clean cheesemaking equipment and facilities according to the sanitation schedule - Operate CIP system to clean equipment such as vats, towers, product lines, milk HTST, and cream HTST separator - Circulate chemical solutions through balance tank pump to clean fines saver and related equipment - Hand clean whey and milk line valves, product pumps, fines saver, and other vat room equipment - Clean walls, floors, drains, tables, and equipment in various plant areas - Document cleaning activities in worksheets and sanitation schedules - Test and maintain chemical concentrations and dispensing equipment - Fill and replace chemical drums and barrels throughout the plant - Operate Tables room C.O.P. tank according to procedures - Adhere to company safety, HACCP, and GMP policies - Report any food safety or quality issues promptly to management or authorized personnel Food Sanitation Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED and 3-6 months of prior relevant manufacturing experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience - Able to stand for duration of shift - Able to lift up to 50lbs - Able to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment - Able to work independently and in a team - Able to work in hot or cold environments - Good communication skills QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
