Position Title: Powder Coat Operator
Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday), Overtime on Friday as Needed Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Powder Coat Operator at a company in Kansas City, KS. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now! Powder Coat Operator Responsibilities: - Work on paint line / powder coating room, spraying medical tanks - Conduct quality control checks on the tanks to ensure they meet specifications - Install customer labeling on the cylinders - Complete paperwork for each tank - Use stamping tools when necessary - Assists with loading and unloading production parts for efficiency - Position parts with awareness of product placement to ensure powder coat sprayer has ability to maintain product quality - Follow established procedures for disposition of rejected or questionable material - Flexible to move and cross-train to other areas of the line and facility Requirements for Powder Coat Operator: - At least one year of experience in a powder coating / manufacturing environment - Good communication skills with ability to interpret and complete paperwork in English - Valid driver's license - Knowledge of hand and power tools kcmoresume@qpsemployment.com IND060 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
