Implement transformational initiatives using UKG (Kronos) product, as well as Timekeeping, Forecasting and Retail store scheduling software; conduct programming changes to UKG products and Dell Boomi integrations; work with all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system analysis,
design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation; work with Oracle database and perform data analysis; re-architect and optimize the Kronos environment periodically and conduct upgrades; monitor, troubleshoot and fix user complaints; conduct periodic reviews of the architecture and fine tune for scalability and growth; work with business partners to adopt new technology trends with Kronos product; analyze architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs; assess system usage trends and identify potential performance constraints with inter-system designs; evaluate solutions alignment with the end user; develop system architecture that improves designs and mapping form to function; test business
processes and products across applications with an end-to-end process flow; write scripts to develop programs that improve processing of access requests; evaluate the impact of Kronos configurations on data
integrity; communicate the business value of technical solutions.

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a software engineer, applications developer or consultant, or in a related/similar position.
Experience therein to include 5 years with all phases of the software development lifecycle including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation; 5 years in programming using Kronos products, and Kronos WIM interfaces development; and 4 years with Oracle database. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
