Responsibilities

The purpose of the Procurement Coordinator is to provide tactical acquisition of goods and services for the organization, as well provides accounting, procurement and administrative service support to optimize departmental efficiency, productivity and member satisfaction. This position will have direct relationships with internal customers and will deal directly with third party providers. This position coordinates, attends and takes notes for the Annual Supplier review meetings. A portion of the work involves confidential matters which require a high degree of discretion on the part of the incumbent. This position will provide procurement support, accounting support, record retention support and work cooperatively with the team. The role will work closely with all associates, including high level management, to provide products and services to support the operation and has cost management responsibility through the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The role will work to maintain accurate and cost-efficient proprietary inventory stock levels, properly processes requisitions, purchase orders, and processes invoices for payment, as well as receives and resolves internal customer service inquiries.

The role will ensure an understanding of financial processes and workflows to properly apply, reconcile research and make adjustments to expense and capital expenditure allocations. This position maintains accurate records within the procure to pay system, Coupa, such as; terms lengths, spend, ownership, alerts, etc. This position also works with all Supplier onboarding, therefore has an active role in the Supplier Relationship Management program. The program manages interactions with all Members 1st suppliers to maximize value of the relationships as well as identify, assess and prepare for the risk they bring to our organization. This position sets reviews within Lytho, the printed/digital review software, such as maintaining records of proofs and reviews, in addition to, the managing of the Lytho platform. The role has no budgetary impact.

This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. The position may require in-person training.

* Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively respond to calls, written requests, and direct inquiries for general and project specific information and prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and other written material from oral instructions and written communication
* Knowledge of procurement processes and industry standard purchasing procedures
* Highly focused on details and desired outcome for each work task
* Negotiations and contracting skills are necessary in order to work with suppliers and internal customers to reach mutually agreeable decisions
* Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and sufficient expertise to organize details
* Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects on a simultaneous basis
* Strong working knowledge of Coupa and LogicManager

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
* Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
* Ability to sit for extended time periods
* Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
* Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
* Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. The minimum salary for this position is:

$17.78+/hr
