Responsibilities The purpose of the Procurement Coordinator is to provide tactical acquisition of goods and services for the organization, as well provides accounting, procurement and administrative service support to optimize departmental efficiency, productivity and member satisfaction. This position will have direct relationships with internal customers and will deal directly with third party providers. This position coordinates, attends and takes notes for the Annual Supplier review meetings. A portion of the work involves confidential matters which require a high degree of discretion on the part of the incumbent. This position will provide procurement support, accounting support, record retention support and work cooperatively with the team. The role will work closely with all associates, including high level management, to provide products and services to support the operation and has cost management responsibility through the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The role will work to maintain accurate and cost-efficient proprietary inventory stock levels, properly processes requisitions, purchase orders, and processes invoices for payment, as well as receives and resolves internal customer service inquiries. This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. The position may require in-person training. Qualifications 0-1 years of related experience Does this position require a valid Drivers License? This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location.
