Integration Architect - Job Summary

The Integration Architect is responsible for designing and implementing seamless integration solutions for banking systems. This role ensures high-performance, secure, and scalable connectivity across multiple platforms using MuleSoft, Boomi, or other leading integration platforms. The architect will champion an AI-first and API-first approach to support billions of transactions daily.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Design & implement scalable and secure integration architectures.
  • Lead third-party & in-house solution integrations for seamless user experiences.
  • Utilize MuleSoft, Boomi, or other integration platforms for API management.
  • Implement API gateways, service mesh, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect).
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data governance.
  • Develop fault-tolerant, high-performance systems using modern architectural patterns (CQRS, Saga, Orchestration, Choreography).
  • Optimize integration performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend AI-driven automation.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • 8+ years in integration architecture, middleware, and API management.
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, event-driven architectures.
  • Proven expertise in high-volume transaction systems and AI-driven integrations.
  • Experience in financial services/banking integrations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Familiarity with Kafka, caching platforms (Redis, Hazelcast), and architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
