These are the products of the hair-obsessed. The role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs you will have responsibility for managing the daily operations of regulatory department. This will include product notifications/registrations, extended producer responsibility as well as special projects such as EU/UK REACH compliance and mandatory regulatory surveys/reporting. You will also oversee adverse reaction investigation, monitor/research and execution of regulatory updates. The Regulatory Affairs Manager will manage one direct report. What you will do: Oversee the daily operation of regulation department (including the direct report) Oversee the integrity of Regulatory Platform Regulatory Projects (EU/UK REACH, Mandatory surveys/reporting) Product Registration and Notifications Adverse Reaction Investigation Regulatory Support for internal & external teams such as product claim substantiation, In-depth regulatory review (raw ingredients & final formulas), product artwork review What you will need: Bachelor's degree (BS/BSc or BA) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science-related discipline 5+ years of experience in the cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical industry 5+ years of experience 2+ years of experience Fluent knowledge of global (USA, EU, UK, Canada, and Asia) cosmetic regulations Fluent knowledge of USA and Canada drug regulations We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including the disabled and veterans. #LI-HYBRID #LI-BP1 How we work: Having been selected among the Worlds Most Ethical Companies for 18 consecutive years, we are a company with a purpose and strong corporate values.
