Position Details: The Child Mind Institute is looking for a Payroll and Credit Card Management Coordinator to act as an important member of the Finance team, responsible for performing payroll and credit card management responsibilities across three legal entities. Working under the direction of the Manager of Business Services, the Payroll and Credit Card Management Coordinator prepares semi-monthly payroll and associated payroll benefits entries, administration of the corporate credit cards expense management system, liaise between the Finance Department and departments across the organization to ensure timely submission of credit card receipts. Reporting to the Manager of Business Services, this a non-exempt, full time, hybrid position (in office 4 days per week) located in our Midtown, New York office. You Will:
