Position Overview: The primary focus of this role will be designing new building structures as well as structural alterations, renovations, and additions to existing buildings within the respective markets listed below. You will work on multiple projects with general supervision and as part of a team on larger projects under a Senior Structural Engineer's guidance. Your role includes evaluation, analysis, calculations, and preparing drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. You will collaborate with junior and senior engineers, architects, clients, and contractors. You'll also resolve design and construction issues, adhere to project timelines and budgets, and continuously develop your technical skills. Project types include Military/Department of Defense facilities and bases, Federal, Justice, K-12, Higher Education, Corporate Commercial, Hospitality, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Cultural & Historic, and Residential.
