Description and Requirements We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our Digital Transformation Office (TO) team which owns and is responsible for managing and optimizing the suite of process, tools and technologies that enable our business users. The goal of this role is to drive Performance transparency and Transformation cadence, ensuring our plans and business case are aligned with the Digital Transformation roadmap. This is a leadership role that will drive multiple steering committees and is visible to senior leadership and external partners. Key Responsibilities Performance Transparency: * Drive performance transparency by identifying risks, escalating, de-bottlenecking issues across projects in a timely manner. * Define key success metrics and KPIs to measure project cadence and alignment. * Leverage analytics to drive data-driven decisions, report on performance, and identify areas for further optimization. * Stay up to date on industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to keep the platform cutting-edge and aligned with user needs. Transformation Business Management System: * Run transformation BMS with regular TO meeting cadence including weekly TO and monthly steering committee meetings. * Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and supporting organizations to drive out efficient and effective digital experience. * Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, gathering feedback and driving projects to completion. * Communicate progress, risks, and successes to senior leadership and other stakeholders regularly. Change Management: * Work closely with Change Management teams to drive adoption of digital tools. * Ensure that the experiences align with business objectives and enhance user productivity and engagement. * Senior Stakeholder management across different business units. * Proactively identify risks to projects and escalates issues. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree is a plus. * 4+ years of experience managing project budgets ranging $5M-10M. Preferred Qualifications * 6+ years of experience managing project with budgets ranging $5M-10M. * 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP or digital transformation projects. * Experience working with end-to-end digital transformation (e.g., marketing, sales, procurement, digitalization, IT). * Experienced in defining, managing and delivering large scale complex process management and business change programs. * Experience and knowledge in a functional area (e.g., M&S, Supply chain, Procurement, Digitalization). * Experience aligning P&L to digital transformation activities and drive ROI/Business value. * Proactive orchestrator with an eye for detail, and leadership ability. * Experience managing direct reports is preferred and is not required. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $130-175k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
