Summary:

In this role you will lead creation of enterprise-focused intelligence offerings for Sg2 clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert on various topics. You will analyze underlying trends and market forces collaborating with internal colleagues and external contacts to advance industry thinking. You will impact the formation of strategy for Sg2 members across the System of CARE.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to create and deliver original thought leadership and tactical solutions for our clients, leveraging various mediums including expert presentations, publications, analytics tools, webinars, conferences, blog posts, PowerPoint decks, and podcasts.
• Act as a subject matter expert across various topics translating learnings into conceptual and data driven frameworks that support client's decision-making process on strategic topics.
• Leverage Sg2 and Vizient's proprietary healthcare databases and analytical tools to create new data visualizations that support Sg2's perspectives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews with healthcare providers and industry leaders.
• Engage with Sg2 clients at the C-suite and Board level virtually and in-person providing presentations and facilitated discussion.
• Mentor junior team members in thought leadership development and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, Masters, or PhD in health care related area preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant work experience required.
• Strong research and writing skills and the ability to translate research into actionable ideas required.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment required.
• Experience in a health care consulting or digital health /innovation related company strongly preferred.
• Client facing experience at the C-suite and Board level, and excellent communication skills preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.
