Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking a NPI Program Manager at our Little Rock, AR facility to manage programs in the Medical and RCP industries. This is a hybrid role with expectations to be on-site 2-3 days/week.

What You Will Do

* Functions as the "General Manager" for programs, fully accountable for managing scope, deliverables, timeline & financial performance.
* Acts as the primary program level point of contact between customer and program team, providing assertive program leadership during the development and commercialization efforts to create a seamless customer experience.
* Works closely with site teams to manage program execution in line with established AQP process for NPI.
* Creates overall program plan and aligns internal team including shared /surge resources to meet deliverables.
* Provides effective forward-looking leadership on critical-path and risk management activities.
* Ensures sufficient resources are planned and allocated to the program.
* Reviews and monitors program financials.
* Leads program governance and stakeholder communication.
* Manages scope change requests.
* Manages day-to-day customer interaction.
* Sets and manages customer expectations.
* Manages project investments and execution with suppliers in cooperation with operations and Purchasing teams.
* Ensures all project documentation is complete, current and stored appropriately.
* Uses Project Management tools in line with corporate best practices.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* 5+ years of medical New Product Introduction (NPI) experience
* 3+ years of project/workstream leadership experience
* Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including some international

* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working with partners and customers globally
