Technical Services Associate

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Associate for our Orlando team. This position offers significant growth potential within our Technical Services Department and provides opportunities for long-term career development within the company.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, proactive, and able to take initiative in supporting the team's responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be eager to contribute to the department's success while maintaining a strong focus on productivity and efficiency.

This position reports to Technical Services Manager. This is based in Orlando, FL and will be fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Technical Services department
• Organizing and ensuring accurate paperwork packets are being created
• Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude
• Work with the Technical Services Representatives and Account Managers to ensure a high level of customer service during job preparation and execution
• Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects
• Contact clients and schedule various environmental services

Basic Requirements:

• Associates degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
  
• Must have a reliable form of transportation

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior industry experience
• Experience working within Oracle ERP
