Job Summary:

Perform general labor as a as assigned within the Facilities Dept. This work requires the ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Grounds mowing and clean up.
• Grounds trash pick up.
• Landscaping as directed.
• Assist in filter changes for HVAC equipment.
• Painting both interior and exterior surfaces.
• General clean-up of patios and outdoor areas.
• Washing windows.
• Assisting Buildings and Grounds Service Specialist.
• Adhere to all company safety practices and guidelines, and attend all mandated safety training.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace during and after each maintenance activity.
• Meet overtime and other emergency maintenance requirements.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Education Description:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience:

• Familiar with Gas Service area.
• Ability to recognize unsafe conditions.
• Strong work ethic and basic familiarity with mowing equipment.
• Familiar with construction methods
