Commercial Lending QC Analyst
The Commercial Lending QC Analyst is responsible for reviewing complex loan documentation to validate and update loan data to ensure each commercial loan comply with federal and state regulations as well as lender's procedures. This includes researching RECAPS and supporting loan documentation of various complexity to determine the compliance coding for reporting. The Analyst is also responsible for reviewing loan servicing transactions and collateral records for accuracy.
Position Responsibilities:
Quality Review
- Proactively manage production queues to ensure alignment with the requested action, LBS, credit approval and loan documentation.
- Review Ad hoc reports and complete research on loan data.
- Validate the accuracy of booking and servicing transactions.
- Responds to inquiries in a timely, courteous, and informative manner.
- Reviews and updates commercial loan data while meeting production standards with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle mutiple loan products while utilizing multiple systems to view and research documents to determine correct loan data to book.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Perform monthly self-test and provide findings to internal risk teams.
Identify and document deficiencies in reports and/or systems. - Collaborate with other LTS team members to identify and communicate gaps in the process, policies, and procedures.
Reporting
- Document Findings/exceptions, root cause of errors within assigned database.
- Complete all checklist, job aids, to ensure correct exception reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Some College courses in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin
- 3 years of experience with Financial services or lending operations
- 2 years of experience in Banking, Accounts Payable/Receivables
- 1 year of experience in Closing and/or Servicing
- 1 year of experience with bank regulations and compliance
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
