Must reside in or Near territory (NYC/Long Island) Corporates - Account Manager is dedicated to engaging with, listening to, and growing the TR relationship with existing legal customers. Omni-Channel Account Executives will have a customer-centric orientation, curious mindset, embrace change, and be results-driven. The Account Manager will serve as the customer's primary point of contact and therefore will be responsible for customer training, engagement, renewals, and upsells. This rep will manage a portfolio of opportunities in a territory, be part of the Corporates - SMB pod model, and leverage omni-channel experiences to maximize renewal, upsell and revenue performance. Members of this team earn a base salary and earn variable compensation through a renewal bonus and sales commission structure. About the Role:
- Facilitating shorter-term transactional sales cycle utilizing consultative selling skills
- Achieving monthly sales and renewal objectives to existing customers
- Identifying sales opportunities through prospecting and lead follow up
- Conducting demonstrations to introduce and position new products effectively
- Providing customer with end to end support
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date portfolio by meeting SFDC logging requirements
- Engaging with customers through digital first capabilities, i.e. online chat
- Forecasting business attainment accurately on a monthly basis
- Testing new digital tools before channel roll out
About You:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales and renewal quotas
- Demonstrated understanding and successful history of consultative selling
- Demonstrated success in effective, consistent, customer engagement
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Well-developed sales process and negotiation aptitude
- Curious and open mindset, open to coaching and learning
- Disciplined, data-driven and deliberate approach to customer success
- Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
- Ability to interact effectively with a professional client base and convey a professional demeanor during all customer exchanges
- Demonstrated success in a changing and high paced environment
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office, SFDC and technology aptitude for internal business systems
- 3 years' experience with successful sales in Business to Business marketplace, 5+ year preferred
- Omni-channel business experiences preferred

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $178,500 - $331,500.
This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
