We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Your efforts will contribute to the smooth operation of our sales department and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities*: * *Invoicing and Documentation*: Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. * *Customer Assistance*: Provide support to customers, handle inquiries, and process payments in a professional and timely manner. * *Field Coordination*: Work closely with field locations to confirm vehicle readiness and manage logistics for vehicle pickups. * *Record-Keeping*: Maintain accurate sales data and records, updating internal systems as needed. * *Team Collaboration*: Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges that arise. *Qualifications*: * *Experience*: Minimum of 2 years of administrative support and customer service experience. * *Skills*: Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
