Essential Functions:



  • Understanding of BTD attendance policy and consistently works the required number of hours as agreed upon through the program.
  • Arrives to work and back from break on time, ready to work and stays until end of shift.
  • Displays a good attitude towards work and fellow employees.
  • Obeys all safety rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrates proper lifting technique.
  • Pays close attention to surroundings, always being aware of forklifts.
  • Begin to learn how to produce quality parts according to the customer requirements and BTD standards.
  • Introduction to MES and its function, SWIs and how to follow the process, and knowing the expectations of meeting earned hours.
  • Demonstrates willingness to consistently help with clean-up.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
  • Uses clean language while at work.

Compensation Salary Range: OTC2 $14.70-20.59 per hour. The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(k) match, etc.
