We're Hiring: SAP Solution Architect - Salesforce Integration Expert (SD & SM Focus)


Are you a hands-on SAP expert with deep experience integrating Salesforce into SAP? We want to hear from you.

We are actively seeking a highly specialized SAP Solution Architect
with a strong focus in Sales and Distribution (SD)
and Service Management (SM)
to join our fast-paced and innovative SAP Center of Excellence (COE). This is not a generic architect role - we're looking for a proven leader in Salesforce-to-SAP integration
, someone who has successfully led at least two full-cycle Salesforce-to-SAP integration projects
and understands the complexity of connecting front-end sales processes with backend ERP.

In this mission-critical role
, you will drive the solution architecture for end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, bridging SAP SD/SM with non-SAP systems. You'll work closely with the Sr. Solution Architect - Order to Cash and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver seamless, scalable, and high-performance solutions across Sales, Distribution, Logistics, Service, and Invoicing.

To thrive in this role, strong hands-on experience with SAP-Salesforce integration is highly valued and will be a key differentiator.

Responsibilities:


  • Implement and manage service management processes

  • Conduct requirements analysis and deliver robust solutions

  • Work with business on As-Is processes and solution the To-Be processes

  • Design solutions for handing service process

  • Develop functional specification documents for developers to build integration Programs.

  • Configure and optimize solution quotes, subscription orders, service orders, service contracts , Service Billing plans, service confirmations, and warranty management modules

  • Integrate service management function with salesforce

  • Implement project phases and provide post-go-live support

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and deliver training sessions




Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum ten years of SAP implementation on SD/ SM experience for large global enterprises.

  • Proven track record in manufacturing industry.

  • Extensive experience in design and developing integrations with third party or other ERP systems.

  • Need very detailed level skills in configuring Item categories, pricing procedures, Billing plans, Revenue recognition.

  • High degree of working experience in configuring service order processing

  • Knowledge of ABAP is considered an asset in this position

Travel and Work Arrangements


  • Remote US based position from Charlotte or Davidson, NC, Dallas or Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, or Orlando, FL

  • This position anticipates up to 20% of domestic and international travel.
