 Team Leader - Landscape Architecture 
 Halff is seeking a Team Leader for our Jacksonville, Florida Operations. The selected candidate will lead an existing Landscape Architecture and Planning Team that works collaboratively with other disciplines regularly including planners, engineers, and others to provide management on a wide variety of public and private projects. 
 
 Project emphasis includes: parks, trails, streetscapes, recreation facilities, trails, sports fields, amenity design for residential and/or multi-family developments, community development plans, and development of comprehensive plans and master planning on public and private sector projects.

 Team Leader - Landscape Architect Requirements: 
 
     
 Ability to work with and oversee creative design teams, consultants, and clients through all design stages from concept through constructionFoster and promote a positive, team-oriented environment and team culture of high performanceAbility to lead and coach a team while meeting deadlines and budget requirementsExperience in creating, influencing, and managing the successful financial metrics of a project and the team Knowledgeable in producing CD sets including hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packages.Experience designing parks, trails, recreation facilities, master-planned communities, etc. for public and private sector clients.Experience with construction methodologies and implementationWell organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to lead a high performing teamManage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneouslyBe able to anticipate the needs of clients and projects and resolve conflicts that ariseExperience leading, coaching, managing people (Sr. Project Managers to entry level designers)
 
 
 Team Leader - Landscape Architect Qualifications: 
 
     
 Bachelors or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited universityFlorida registration as a Professional Landscape Architect or can receive this within a 3 month timeframe. 8+ years of progressively responsible professional experience as a Professional Landscape ArchitectFamiliarity with preparing proposals/scope of work documents and associated feesStrong Knowledge in AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, and Microsoft OfficeStrong Site Planning capabilities / knowledge, and excellent design skillsExperience in planting design, hardscape design and construction document generation is criticalExcellent communication skills - written, graphical, verbal, and organizational skillsAbility to travel periodically, primarily in state, to support project needsInterested candidates who meet or exceed the above qualifications are invited to submit a letter of interest, resume, and project portfolio or work samples that demonstrates their abilities.
