Sr Solutions Analyst

Under moderate supervision, designs, develops, and implements quantitative analysis of complex business situations including performance, strategies and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. Uses advanced computer modeling, database tools and/or other approaches in analysis.

Essential Functions

• Leads peer analysis in sales and/or solutions. May mentor less senior staff.
• Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently.
• Leads brainstorming with manager and team on approaches or solutions.
• Develops recommendations for moderate to complex sales/customer opportunities and internal processes managing cross departmental projects.
• Presents solutions to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economic, computer science, engineering or related field.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent analytical skills.

Superior demonstrated skills with current technology tools/advances and other database/analytical tools.

Proven interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication skills; highly experienced with MS PowerPoint presentation building, research skills, project management, collaboration, creativity, FedEx knowledge, supply chain industry knowledge. Project management and development for Global Air Freight needs within Customer Solutions for customer facing roles. Customer Solutions team needs include: webinars, resource aids, elearnings, and knowledge repository content including supporting the other regions in these areas as well.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90 - $10,898.39/month; Memphis, TN: $6,511.62 - $8,627.89/month; Harrison, AR: $6,168.90 - $8,173.79/month; Plano, TX: $6,854.33 - $9,081.99/month; Lakeland, FL: $6,511.62 - $8,627.89/month; Pittsburgh, PA: $6,854.33-$9,081.99/mth.

Additional Details: This hybrid position can be located in: Memphis, TN; Harrison, AR; Plano, TX; Lakeland, FL; or Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within 50 miles & are required to work onsite several times a week. (E26)
