What we're seeking: We're seeking a Director of Small/Medium Business Sales who will lead and empower a team of SMB Account Executives to grow Frontier's footprint with small and medium-sized businesses. As a key member of our SMB sales organization, you'll design and execute growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue in the Tampa area. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Tampa, FL office and spend time in the field with your team throughout their assigned territories.
