ABOUT THE POSITION

Join Our Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at VHB! This is a 3 month contract, and can be located in any VHB office or remote within our VHB footprint.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll:

    Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design and implement creative, long-term recruitment strategies.
  • Use social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to find and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Develop strong, inclusive pipelines of candidates at various career levels and maintain connections to support future hiring needs.
  • Lead Recruitment Efforts: Guide hiring managers and candidates through seamless interview, offer, and hiring processes.
  • Promote VHB as an employer of choice through engaging communication and candidate interactions.

Minimum Requirements

  • iCIMS experience required
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry required.
  • A bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and social media recruiting.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team and apply sound judgement
  • Travel as needed to attend recruiting events, industry conferences
