Program Coordinator -Telehealth Department

Description

This position is responsible for supporting telehealth programs at MaineHealth and across the state of Maine, including Remote Patient Monitoring and Virtual Care Behavioral Health. The incumbent would implement project plans and workflows, monitor day-to-day operational activities, manage timelines, perform quality reviews, and oversee other operational aspects of the program. This role requires collaboration and coordination with other care team members and departments across the healthcare system and state. When applicable, this individual would also need to own the administrative tasks required for the program. The individual will support the daily operations of the larger workgroup that is responsible for developing and sustaining the telehealth programs.

Ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to self-direct individual tasks and projects, be process-driven, detail-oriented, be a continuous learner, and be passionate about integrating technology and healthcare to help MaineHealth reach its strategic priorities.

This is a hybrid position that will require time in office at MaineHealth's corporate headquarters in Portland, Maine.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: One year of experience in healthcare or related work experience required. Some roles may require experience in a specific program area.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong computer skills.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
