Machine Runoff Technician 1st shift

• Read, interpret assembly layouts, hydraulic circuits, and wiring diagrams.
• Work with more experienced runoff personnel to learn standard and special runoff tooling used in the area.
• Perform basic troubleshooting procedures to isolate electrical, hydraulic and machine problems.
• Recognize part malfunctions and take corrective actions with assistance.

• Understand and support Company philosophies, goals and directions including ISO9001 and 14001 policies and procedures.

• Job Report labor correctly and in a timely manner.
• Produce quality work in a time frame that meets the expectation of the Team/Group Leads.
• Set the department / area standards in housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork by example.
• Possess working knowledge of standard hand tools

Team:

Employee may be regularly exposed to moving equipment, mechanical parts

in motion, risk of shock and other hazards associated with a manufacturing

environment such as overhead cranes, welding, machining, painting etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience related to maintenance mechanic or technician
• Must know blueprint reading and wiring diagrams. Hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical all a strong plus
• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 1 to 3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in or lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
• Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments.
