Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Line Lead is accountable for ensuring that Production Lines are performing and in alignment with plant goals and objectives, safety standards, World Class Manufacturing and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). People engagement and involvement are critical in creating and sustaining our desired culture; therefore, the Production Line Lead will be responsible for leading by example and will be required to participate in Continuous Improvement projects. Hours: Monday-Friday - 6:30am-3:00pm, OT as scheduled Compensation: $26.27 an hour Job Description: 10% Safety
