JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordination of User training programs, managing timelines and plans, scheduling events, and tracking of completion rates for reporting
* Design stakeholder engagement materials, including infographics
* Create and maintain stakeholder tracking for training and launches

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors in Change Management, Communication, Business, Organization Development (OD) and five years of experience with Change Management
* Experience and knowledge of how to design and apply change management principles
* Change management training learning improvement methodology, such as Prosci certified change practitioner or ACMP certified change management professional
* Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Miro and other virtual collaboration tools
* Experience mentoring and/or coaching others to use change, organization, and/or learning methodologies
* Agriculture environment preferred
