Role : UI Developer - React JS and Typescript

Overview

Join us to build Blue Yonder next generation design system. Common Component Library (CCL) creates the building blocks for web development inside the company, this reduces complexity for product development by delivering components with high quality, excellent performance, accessibility validations and modularity. All this under BY design language. As part of our team, you will explore emerging tools and development patterns that will help you expand your technical expertise.

We're seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, expertise in React for front-end development, and a robust experience with corporate design system development. We value candidates who excel in CSS and have worked with Tailwind for maintainable and scalable customizations - are you a CSS wizard? we are looking for you! Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions is plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable, efficient and high performant components for BY applications teams.
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for streamlined workflows.
• Write and maintain high-quality unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with multiple tools.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Design, develop and maintain BY new component shared library under our next gen design system.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Coach junior developers to ensure team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent degree in any other field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development in Front end technologies
• 2+ years of experience working with corporate design system definition.
• Experience using Typescript, Tailwind for handling CSS configuration and customization ( REQUIRED)
• Proficient in React.js, Node.js, and modern front-end development practices ( REQUIRED)_
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with design patterns, build tools, and testing frameworks.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI tools for development aid.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
