Job Title: Assembler 1 (Entry Level) Location: Salt Lake City, Utah 84119 Duration: 12 months Schedule: 9/80 (Alternating Fridays Off) Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Overview: Seeking an Assembler 1 to join the manufacturing team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is an entry-level position, responsible for assembling products according to work instructions. Training and support are provided to ensure successful execution of assigned tasks. This role follows a 9/80 schedule, offering every other Friday off (36 hours one week, 44 hours the next). Key Responsibilities: Assemble products as per work instructions. Verify work instructions to match assignments and ensure accuracy. Set up workstations and gather required materials from bins. Inspect own work for quality as instructed. Complete training requirements within specified timeframes. Assist fellow manufacturing staff and management with additional tasks as requested. Perform equipment maintenance and calibration following work instructions. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 months of related manufacturing experience and/or training. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal work instructions. Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. on a repetitive basis. Good vision (close vision and color identification, depth perception). Ability to perform in a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment. Basic computer skills. Soldering skills required; IPC soldering certification preferred. Desired Skills: Strong communication skills (read, write, and communicate in English).
