Position Overview: The Treasury Sales and Implementation Coordinator (TSIC) is responsible for the successful onboarding, selling, and implementation of treasury sales and depository products to both new and existing clients of the bank. The role involves close collaboration with Treasury Sales Officers, Bankers, Operations, and Vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client needs. This position oversees training clients on products and services, ensuring smooth implementation, post-implementation reviews, and identification of cross-sell opportunities. Essential Functions:
- Lead and coordinate implementation calls with stakeholders (e.g., Client, Banker, Treasury Sales Officer, Treasury Operations Specialist, outside vendors) to facilitate seamless product delivery, ensuring active participation of all parties.
- Drive the sales growth of Treasury Management Services at Financial Centers, with a focus on delivering "Basic" Treasury Services Presentations to Small Business Customers through calling efforts generated from internal leads.
- Monitor and track the progress of product implementation in coordination with Operations and Vendors using Gantt charts or similar project management tools.
- Coordinate the delivery of agreements and signature cards to clients, providing answers to any questions that arise during the process.
- Ensure that client supply requests are ordered, quality-checked, and delivered efficiently by interacting with relevant departments.
- Serve as a liaison with treasury services to ensure timely processing of setup requests and provide answers to setup-related inquiries.
- Facilitate client training for all depository and treasury products partnering with treasury sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients (at 30, 60-day intervals) post-implementation to ensure satisfaction with new products and services.
- Oversee the renewal process and evaluate operational aspects of ACH origination and Remote Deposit Capture, working closely with Treasury Solutions to advise on exposure limits and underwriting.
- Review client analysis statements to confirm accurate billing at regular intervals and address complex account analysis queries from clients.
- Conduct spot reviews of current client base analysis statements to identify potential cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate annual relationship reviews and training sessions between Bankers and treasury sales teams as necessary.
- Stay informed about product development initiatives and product opportunities.
- Utilize CRM and data mining tools to develop target prospect lists in focus markets, identifying industries and companies for sales efforts.
- Assist with special projects as needed, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support treasury and banking functions.
- This position may require travel within the Bank's geographic area.
Experience & Education:
- 3 years of bank customer contact and/or sales experience with proven success in customer service and/or sales growth.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate productively with peers to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in bank operations or treasury management operations.
- Preferred 3-5 years of bank-specific treasury management sales experience.
- Membership in the SA Treasury Management Association and/or the Association of Financial Professionals is a plus.
- A four-year degree in
Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.
- Knowledge of treasury management products and services, along with an understanding of bank depository systems.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to address and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data mining tools to enhance sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze client account activity and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
