Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP CRM - Service SAP CRM - Marketing and SAP CRM - Interaction Center. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing CRM solutions to enhance our business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP CRM
  • Service SAP CRM
  • Marketing and SAP CRM
  • Interaction Center modules.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes and configurations.
  • Ensure the CRM solutions are aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM modules.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on SAP CRM functionalities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented CRM solutions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve CRM processes and enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP CRM technologies.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in SAP CRM
  • Service SAP CRM
  • Marketing and SAP CRM
  • Interaction Center.
  • Should have a strong understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a proven track record of successfully implementing CRM solutions.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have experience in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be willing to work in a day shift.
  • Should have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have a maximum of 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Should be able to work without the need for travel.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Certifications Required

SAP Certified Application Associate - CRM SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 P/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
