Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP PS Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Functional Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Project Planning and Execution SAP PP and Execution and SAP PS Projects. Experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel..

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of SAP projects ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee cost management within SAP Project Planning and Execution to optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide expertise in SAP PP and Execution to enhance revenue and earnings tracking.
  • Manage claims within SAP PS Projects to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with existing systems.
  • Develop and implement best practices for SAP project management to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP project activities.
  • Train and mentor team members on SAP functionalities and project management techniques.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
  • Support the development of project documentation and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in SAP Project Planning and Execution with a focus on cost management.
  • Should have expertise in SAP PP and Execution for revenue and earnings tracking.
  • Must be proficient in managing claims within SAP PS Projects.
  • Experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains is highly desirable.
  • Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Should have a proven track record of successful SAP project delivery.
  • Must be able to train and mentor team members effectively.
  • Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Must be proactive in identifying and addressing project challenges.
  • Should be committed to continuous improvement and professional development.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
