Job Summary

To protect and enhance the TD brand by assisting with designing and producing attractive, technically accurate documents that adhere to corporate design and production guidelines for publication in all media. Provides assistance with designs, graphic art, page layouts, and visual materials and media. Assists in generating and manipulating graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into multimedia programs.

Essential Duties

    Creates custom graphics and design layouts using Adobe programs. Produces PowerPoints, images, animations, sound, text and videos.
  • Creates PDFs and other text documents.
  • Assists with the design of brochures, collateral posters, display banners, mailers, postcards and all facets of print and digital presentation designs.
  • Reviews materials for errors and suggests edits.
  • Develops brand-consistent materials for the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • Associates Degree or technical training in graphics design or related field is preferred.
  • Must have strong graphic design skills.
  • Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite to include: Photoshop, Illustrator and Audition.
  • Experience with non-linear video editing software.
  • Experience with audio-editing software.
  • Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Techsmith (Camtasia, Snagit) skills are a plus.
  • Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline. Performs routine assignments using existing procedures. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles. Entry level to a professional career progression.
