The Vendor Compliance Associate - Validation position will require an individual who has strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. This individual will need the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The job requires a high degree of GPS review skills, OpenTicket systems knowledge, accuracy and attention to detail. It also requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to operate both independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for validating vendor tickets against GPS information as well as other internal data sources.
  • Handle day to day vendor questions regarding field ticket validations.
  • Work with vendors to correct ticket data as needed.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure validity of ticket information provided by vendors.
  • Analyze, research, and solve vendor ticket validation irregularities in conjunction with internal reporting data.
  • Coordinate validation trainings with vendors and approvers as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • One (1+) years of relevant experience in a field such as oil and gas accounting, accounts payable, OpenInvoice/OpenTicket, ticket validation, vendor data management
  • One (1+) years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with GPS tracking systems
  • Proficiency in the Enverus platform (OpenInvoice, OpenTicket)
  • Spotfire experience
  • Team-oriented individual
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Two (2+) years in the oil and gas industry
  • Familiar with oilfield terminology and operations
