OverviewThe Windows Servicing and Delivery Team (WSD) at Microsoft partners across the entire company to design and drive new features/software which impact millions of customers on a global scale. WSD is hiring a Software Engineer II to develop the tools which will support engineers across the team.As a Software Engineer II, you will partner across the entire company to design and drive new features/software which support the WSD team. You will have the opportunity to analyze data, work on key tools and take a customer-focused problem-solving approach. ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end software development. Work with Product Managers to design and develop new features and tools. Work with peers to plan and prioritize the development and test strategy to ensure high quality and timely delivery of fixes and tools. Build modern distributed highly scalable Azure-based systems to support Windows Analysis Based Selection of Test jobs and analytics. Understand requirements, analyze data, and create complete design specifications. Work cross-team to integrate with partner teams, Operating System feature teams, and their systems/test content. Collaborate with the Test team to identify blockers in execution, resolve, and automate the steps. | |
