At Jack Morton we create head-turning, stomach-dropping, mind-boggling, smile-inducing brand experiences for everyone. It's the future of marketing and there's nothing passive or predictable about it. We promise every day will be different than the previous one in a very good way.

We take care of each other, as much as we take care of business. We marvel in each other's uniqueness and revel in what each of us brings to the human potluck that is Jack.

So, if you want to help shape the future of an entire industry, welcome. If you feel work, and the people you work with, can be extraordinary, let's chat. We're Jack, and we can't wait to meet you.

That brings us to you.

As an experiential Graphic Designer, you will partner with the creative team through innovative 2D and graphic design to ensure the delivery of extraordinary creative solutions. You'll have a solid understanding of design principles across, digital, print, environment, brand, social and product. This role will assist in finding creative solutions that extend beyond the brief, while also being able to design within an established brand identity system. You'll be creative, curious, conceptual, and driven, with an astute attention to detail. You are a collaborative team player who is comfortable pivoting from spec projects to big picture ideas, telling a story through design that engages both prospects and customers alike.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating closely with Associate Creative Directors (ACDs), Creative Directors (CDs), Copywriters and Strategists as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop engaging brand experiences.
  • Supporting the designing of cohesive visual identity systems for experiential activations, events, and brand moments.

  • Iterating on creative concepts based on client and internal feedback while maintaining design integrity.
  • Creating print- and production-ready files for events and digital executions.
  • Staying up to date on design trends and innovative techniques in experiential and environmental design.
  • Being an active participant in our office and company culture, adding your voice to our community

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if...
