Pay: $25/hr Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM As a Workplace Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing mailroom operations, including dating, collecting, sorting, and distributing mail across various departments. You'll work closely with the legal team to handle legal mail, scan and email documents, and coordinate with courier services for pickups and deliveries. Strong communication skills are key as you will be connecting with stakeholders via Gmail and Slack, ensuring timely delivery of time-sensitive mail, and maintaining mail tracking systems. In addition to handling the day-to-day mailroom tasks, you will also assist with managing office supplies, employee mail scanning, and other office operations.
