currently seeking a Workplace Operations Coordinator for our client in Austin, TX. Pay: $25/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Workplace Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing mailroom operations, including dating, collecting, sorting, and distributing mail across various departments. You'll work closely with the legal team to handle legal mail, scan and email documents, and coordinate with courier services for pickups and deliveries. Strong communication skills are key as you will be connecting with stakeholders via Gmail and Slack, ensuring timely delivery of time-sensitive mail, and maintaining mail tracking systems. In addition to handling the day-to-day mailroom tasks, you will also assist with managing office supplies, employee mail scanning, and other office operations. Travel between Austin offices will be required occasionally.

Qualifications:



  • 2-4 years of office administration experience
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and data entry
  • Excellent communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment
