Qualifications
8 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday | $20.33 per hour Call Center Representative Key Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls, providing information regarding housing programs, assisting with application inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. Professionally handle all calls. Assist with troubleshooting issues related to housing applications/accounts. Record and update customer interactions in the database. Maintain confidentiality.
