Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls, as well as arranging all travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and attend various meetings, exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters; prepare and distribute meeting packets/materials; take meeting minutes.
- Create spreadsheets, proposals, and presentations, assisting with research and compiling data for assigned projects.
- Reconcile/process expense reports, credit card purchases, and invoices.
- Inventory, monitor, and purchase office and kitchen supplies for the executive team, keeping areas well stocked and organized.
- Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects. May serve as a backup roll for other needs within the business group. Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies for the executive-level staff.
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Windows and Mircosoft Office based programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfort in leveraging software tools for task and email management.
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
Associates of Business Administration (required)
Experience
2 - 5 years: Experience supporting multiple executives and preparing meeting minutes (required)
5 years: Related work experience in a professional business environment, with financial institution experience preferred (required)
