As a Entra ID Identity Governance and Administration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, and management of best-in-class Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions and engineering modern identity and access management (IAM) solutions. You will work within, and across, Agile teams to enable a more secure Enterprise where the right people have access to the right resources at the right time. You will have an opportunity to work in all aspects of identity from Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to single sign on, access management, lifecycle workloads entitlements, and managing identity and access management solutions across CDW. The team you are joining partners with every team in the company to design, develop, implement, and support our identity experience, with a focus on security, compliance, and quality. What you will do: - Assist in the implementation and management of IAM and IGA solutions, including user lifecycle management, access management, and identity governance. - Support and document user provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and approval workflows. - Work with IT, Security, and business teams to understand IAM/IGA requirements and support the deployment of controls that meet business and compliance needs. - Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to define IAM/IGA requirements and deploy controls that meet business and compliance needs. - Contribute to projects involving Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Azure Active Directory/Entra ID integrations, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). - Assist in evaluating and improving IAM/IGA processes to enhance efficiency and security. - Participate in periodic access reviews to help enforce the principle of least privilege. - Help investigate and resolve IAM-related issues in a timely manner. Who you are: - You thrive on making an impact-for the team, your company, and the industry - You are extremely hands-on with a passion for technology - You do not accept the status-quo, and always strive to improve - You are eager to learn and seek professional development continuously - You are resourceful, open-minded, analytical and enjoy solving complex problems - You are diligent and self-motivated What we expect of you: - 3 years of experience in identity and access management implementing or supporting enterprise IAM, specifically with Entra ID. - 3 years of experience implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions such as MIM, SailPoint, Entra ID Governance, ForgeRock, or Okta to automate user lifecycle management, access request workflows, and access entitlements audits and certifications. - Experience with HRM systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft. - Strong understanding of regularly compliance regulations (PCI, SOX, ISO, NIST) - Cloud identity and access management experience with a understanding of user provisioning. - Strong problem solving and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences for the understanding of all involved. - Ability to work collaboratively to identify and solve problems - Dedication to continuous improvement, security process engineering, and operational excellence. - Experience with modern development tools and techniques, including agile development, DevOps, secure coding, and automation. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IAM/IGA technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance our IAM/IGA capabilities.
