We have an exciting opportunity to join our team with Regions Hospital as a Burn & Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator. This position is a vital and integral part of the trauma team and works under the direction of the Trauma and Burn Program Leadership, this positions primary responsibility is the coordination and facilitation of the Trauma and Burn Performance Improvement Program which encompasses all areas and disciplines of the hospital that participate in the care of admitted injured and/ or burn patients. Responsibilities include:
Work schedule: FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs. Weekly) Day Shift Required Qualifications: Education: Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse Program. Bachelor's degree required. Experience: Three years of clinical experience in adult and pediatric trauma, burn emergency medicine, or critical care. Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Minnesota State Registered Nurse BSN license. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Burn or trauma care experience. Prior experience with performance improvement. Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: TNCC certification or equivalent, or eligibility, ENPC / PALS certification or equivalent, or eligibility TCRN preferred.
